About

I was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine the summer I was studying for my MCATS, the entrance exam required for the acceptance into conventional medical school. Having never heard of Natural medicine, I was astonished to learn the philosophies of medicine – the ones I truly believed in – were the very principals of naturopathy. I began researching the various therapeutic modalities offered by Naturopaths and quickly came to realize that conventional diagnostic technology and therapies in combination with naturopathic principals and treatments will allow for the most elite form of comprehensive patient care.

I believe in an integrative approach to optimal health and work closely with Medical Doctors and other healthcare providers to treat the root cause of your health concerns. I work with people of all ages and although I have an eclectic practice, I do have a specialized clinical focus in Digestive, Hormone and Mental Health, as well as Pediatric Health and Women’s Health. I utilize a number of different modalities including: Nutrition and Nutritional Supplementation, Botanical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Physical Medicine including Chiropractic Adjustments, Hydrotherapy and Massage Therapy, and Lifestyle Counseling. I look forward to offering Intravenous Therapies in January 2012.

I am an active member of the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapies and pleased to be a member of the Canadian Society of Orthomolecular Medicine (CSOM), Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors (APND), Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
