Best Self-Seminar Series
As 2012 approaches you may already be thinking of how you can achieve more balance, happiness and overall health. Optimal health is not merely the absence of disease. It is a reflection of a number of factors, some of which are obvious and others that are not. Best Self Seminar Series is a FREE 4-week program geared toward individuals who are interested in learning how they can better the health of themselves and their families. Each week a different aspect of health is emphasized; specific topics are addressed including strategies for weight loss, stress management and coping skills and how to maintain a healthy home.
Support is an integral part of Best Self Seminar Series. Understanding that long-lasting life changes can be difficult and sometimes daunting, participants not only learn strategies for enhancing their health but also have the opportunity to give and receive support from other participants who are aiming to achieve the same goal. Following each 45-minute presentation, participants will be able to ask questions about how they can further optimize their health.
